Running out of Propane is a Safety Hazard & Involves Additional Labor to Rectify
Effective October 8, 2018 - Additional fees apply for emergency propane fills:
Leak test - $100* and tank will be shut off - this is required if the tank is empty
Lighting pilots - $275* this requires a service call - delivery drivers do not light pilots
These charges will apply to deliveries made to out of gas tanks for customers who are set up as:

Non-delivery due to accounts with past due balances
***Habitual runouts may be subject to tank removal***
How to Avoid Emergency Fees:
Go on auto-delivery with a current balance
If your account is COD, change account to be on auto-delivery with auto-pay (credit card on file)
Call for delivery before you are out or too low (usually 30% full is sufficient) - Please plan ahead and allow 2 weeks for delivery.
Important Note:
If you are using your gas fire logs and/or backup generator more frequently in the winter PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE so that we can prepare accordingly as you may run out sooner than expected.
